tropical butterfly exhibition.

Enjoy a special presentation on “Shipwreck Alley” and its connection
to MNA’s newest sanctuary. Jefferson is the Superintendent at the
Thunder Bay National Marine Sanctuary, the largest freshwater marine
sanctuary in the world, covering 4,300 square miles of northern Lake Huron.

in Michigan and beyond.

The Annual Meeting will feature a special talk from
Dr. Tonya Matthews, President and CEO of the
Michigan Science Center, a leading voice on the
need to strengthen science education in Michigan,
especially for young girls.

We are excited to have a second speaker at the Annual
Meeting this year! Dr. Lars Brudvig is an assistant professor at
Michigan State University in the Department of Plant Biology
and one of Michigan’s leading restoration ecologists.
