Welcome to the MNA Blog! We are all very excited to bring you information about the Michigan Nature Association in a new way.

The Michigan Nature Association has been committed to protecting and preserving Michigan’s natural environments for over 50 years. MNA has 8,700 acres of protected land in over 165 nature sanctuaries throughout the state of Michigan.

This blog is a new way for us to keep our members informed and involved, and give new and prospective members a look at what the organizations does.

You will find information about sanctuaries, upcoming events, volunteer projects, invasive species, interesting contests and much more as our blog grows each week.

The Michigan Nature Association is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to preserving Michigan’s natural heritage since 1952. MNA protects more than 10,000 acres of land in over 170 nature sanctuaries throughout the state of Michigan, from the tip of Keweenaw in the Upper Peninsula to the Indiana/Ohio border.
